at Department of Healthcare and Family Services in Springfield, Illinois, United States Job Description Essential Functions Under administrative direction, serves as a Senior Systems Analyst for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) supporting the Department of Healthcare and Family Services ( HFS ) Serves as a project leader on assigned major components of a large system Consults with user groups to establish requirements relative to production and program problems Keeps abreast of new developments in the Information Technology (IT) field Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above Minimum Qualifications Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college with course work in computer science or directly related fields Requires three (3) years of professional experience in application support services or a related Information Technology field Requires three (3) years knowledge of Information Technology concepts and principles, the theories and functions of computer systems, and the principles and techniques of Information Technology documentation Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel Specialized Skills Requires three (3) years of experience with document management and imaging solutions software Requires three (3) years of experience with Automated Voice Response Systems ( AVRS ) Requires three (3) years of experience with .Net or MS SQL Preferred Qualifications Three (3) years of experience with document management and imaging systems Three (3) years of experience with Automated Voice Response Systems ( AVRS ) Three (3) years of experience with .Net or MS To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
