Job Description

Schedule :
Monday's - Friday's; 8am - 5pm Essential Functions/Responsibilities Responsible for the configuration of consumer and simple commercial loans to the loan tracking system Ability to understand the specific loan requirements and configure simple to moderately complex packages accordingly Ensures appropriate and accurate loan exception reporting Imports, scans or bar codes documents appropriately for imaging system Ability to manage workflow and production to meet SLA expectations and positive client experience; ensure timely and accurate completion of work Perfection or release of collateral Ships loan documents to investors/custodians File room retention and paid off loan process Knowledge and utilization of a limited set of systems/technology Adherence to operational controls, including compliance with all required regulations and policies Participates in special projects Ability to prepare partial releases of collateral and subordinations Other moderate duties including research and resolution Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job High school diploma or equivalent Ability to manage workflow and delegate as appropriate Beginner to intermediate knowledge of appropriate industry standard software (i.e. core banking and imaging) Basic knowledge using Microsoft Office Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and escalate as necessary Strong written and verbal communication skills Must demonstrate the ability to change priorities quickly, handle multiple priorities, work effectively under time constraints, and contribute to the team effort Strong attention to detail and level of precision Must have ability to listen and collaborate strong customer service experience Preferred Knowledge and Skills 1 - 3 years operations and/or financial experience Familiarity with relevant rules and regulations Ability to respond professionally and with solutions, to common inquiries or complaints from the business line Ability to perform in a high volume, stressful environment that works within deadlines Level of Complexity and Scope Ability to handle moderate tasks to support the department Degree of Independence and Decision-Making Follows established procedures or guidelines Applies guidelines with proficiency Collaborates and communicates with management so management can make appropriate decisions, as needed Supports the strategic initiatives Required Supervisory Responsibilities Physical Requirements Frequently lifts and carries less than 50 pounds Frequently sits, stands, and walks Ability to work on a computer most of the day May sit or stand for long periods of time
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
