Role Overview:
The Systems Support Regional Analyst contributes to fulfilling the IHCDA mission and meeting strategic and annual IHCDA operational and program goals by facilitating the Indiana Balance of State CoC Board of Directors and Regional Planning Councils, providing technical assistance and training around their regional leadership roles, and ensuring local providers are compliant with HUD regulations and as defined by their MOUs with IHCDA. Through these programs, IHCDA and its partners aim to reduce the number of people experiencing homelessness by connecting them to permanent housing and by ensuring that homelessness, when experienced, is rare, brief, and non-recurring.Salary Statement:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $53,200.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience. A Day in theLife:
This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours which may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work. Exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period without additional compensation and must report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period of work hours and/or paid leave taken to receive their base biweekly salary.
