Job Description

Overview The Intern - IT PMO Analyst will support the IT Project Management Office (PMO) by assisting one or more of our sub-portfolio teams with project tracking, data entry, and other hands-on project coordination activities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and insight into IT portfolio management, project management activities, governance, and operational efficiency tactics within dynamic technology environment undergoing transformational change. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about IT project management processes, tools, and best practices. Learning Outcomes 1\. Gain exposure to enterprise IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) 2\. Learn about IT governance, portfolio planning, and strategic project execution 3\. Work with project management tools - inc. Jira or Smartsheet 4\. Collaborate with experienced IT professionals and PMO leaders, receiving mentorship and career guidance Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow) is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
  • Interest in IT project management, governance, and operational efficiency
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S
  • At least 18 years of age prior to scheduled start date U.
S. Pay Range $20-25/hr
