Job Description
Job ID# 1699 StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and strategic minded Senior Systems Program Analyst to provide direct support to a NAVAIR Unmanned Aerial Systems Program Management Office (PMA). This position will serve as the responsible for the airframe/avionics team production, integration, and sustainment within a specific naval aviation program office. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that airframe/avionics systems meet performance requirements, budget constraints, and schedule objectives for complex aircraft and weapons systems.
Essential Job Duties:
Technical Oversight:
Provide senior-level programmatic support and technical advice on all airframe/avionics-related activities, issues, and risks throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure compliance with technical requirements and government standards.Program Management:
Manage and coordinate significant technical efforts, including planning, scheduling work, reporting progress, and resolving problems. Balance competing objectives such as cost, schedule, and performance.Sustainment :
Lead the sustainment efforts for components with associated hardware, avionics, and communication systems.Development Strategy :
Provide technical oversight into planning and concur on contractor-proposed changes to airframe/avionics lifecycle plans and processes, often using Agile methodologies.Configuration and Risk Management :
Manage system requirements, configuration baselines, and documentation. Apply tools for risk management, configuration management, and technical performance measurement.Interfacing and Collaboration :
Act as a technical interface with contractors, government stakeholders, fleet users, other NAVAIR program offices, and the U.S. Air Force to resolve technical issues and plan sustainment efforts. Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.Travel Requirements:

Over 10 years of experience performing duties applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Experience with NAVAIR Integrated Product Team (IPT) processes and procedures. Experience using the Acquisition Management System (AMS) modulesEducation Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related disciplineAllowable Substitution:
Associate degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.Security Requirements:

The estimated base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $140,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets. StraCon offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, short/long-term disability, and 401(k) retirement plans, as well as a paid time off programs for eligible full-time employees. Eligible part-time employees are able to participate in the 401(k) retirement plans and may be eligible for state or contract required paid time off programs.
