Key Responsibilities Analyze application architecture (.NET

MVC, SQL

Server, cloud platforms) for enhancements and migrations. Conduct business analysis, manage backlog, and support monthly minor releases (UI, reports, configs). Perform testing (unit, integration, UAT), code scanning, and meet SLAs (hotfixes <24hrs, patches <14 days). Support reporting, bulk data imports, BI tools, and user guides. Collaborate with stakeholders on agile sprints, change control, and integrations. Required Qualifications 3+ years professional experience as Systems Analyst/Engineer in federal IT. Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, SQL Server, cloud services; JS frameworks a plus. Agile/Scrum methodology; strong analysis, testing, and documentation skills. Accessibility standards experience desirable; federal security training compliance. Excellent communication for stakeholder meetings.
