Description
This internship is designed to give you real, hands-on experience working alongside our technical team at a fast-moving MSP. You'll play a central role in day-to-day IT operations, particularly around getting new workstations setup, new users up and running, and keeping our clients' environments running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Configure and deploy new workstations for client users, following standardized setup procedures
Support user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, hardware prep, and access management
Assist with IT ticket support and troubleshooting
Contribute to special IT projects as assigned
Requirements
Undergraduate/Graduate student
Pursuing a major in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or another relevant field
Minimum GPA of 3.0

This is a paid internship opportunity for Summer/Fall 2026
We encourage students to seek course credit for their internship in coordination with their school's faculty and career services policies
On-site presence is required; candidates must live within a daily commutable distance of Grand Rapids
