Job Description:
Position Summary:
We're looking for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of research, healthcare, technology, and problem-solving to help support and improve our Clinical Trial Management System (CTMs) as a product specialist. In this role, you'll train users, help configure and implement software solutions, and act as the go-to connection between internal teams and vendors when technical questions or issues come up. You'll also help translate clinical trial protocols into system workflows and contract agreements, review system performance for improvements, and support product rollouts and integrations. The ideal candidate has experience with healthcare or medical software implementations, strong communication and project management skills, and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CTMS or project management systems is a bonus. A bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in a technical support, systems, or implementation-focused role are preferred. This is a detail-oriented role that requires adaptability, collaboration, and a passion for helping improve the lives of people living with cancer.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7:45am-4:15pm EST, may be adjusted but must be during core working hours. Responsibilities Develop and deliver technical training sessions for the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMs), ensuring users are proficient in utilizing the product effectively. Translate protocol requirements and coverage analysis into the CTMs to improve operational workflows. Serve as a technical liaison between vendor and internal teams to address technical inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests. Conduct regular assessments and audits for the CTMs, identifying areas for optimization and improvement. Lead aspects of other product implementations, including configuration, integration with existing systems, following standard product implementation guidelines/policies and supporting further customization. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements relevant to our offerings. Other duties assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Key Competencies Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field required. At least 2 years of experience in a technical role such as Product Specialist, Implementation Analyst, or Systems Analyst within the healthcare/medical software industry. Experience in CTMs and Project Management Systems is a plus. Demonstrated experience in managing product implementations, preferably healthcare settings. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively educate and support diverse audiences. Technical proficiency with software implementation processes and familiarity with healthcare software systems. Ability to travel occasionally for onsite visits as needed. Position Requirements Able to see clearly in an environment which is equipped with typical lighting. Able to perform manual tasks that require the use of fine muscle motor skills. Able to walk approximately one mile per workday. Able to lift 25 pounds. Able to stand and / or sit for prolonged periods. Able to freely bend/stretch. Able to access, input and retrieve information from computers. Able to tolerate frequent handwashing. Very fast-paced and ever-changing office environment. Demanding regarding deadlines and time frames. Very detailed and challenging work. Constant demand for updating knowledge .
