EMR Systems Analyst Join the LifeWays team and help support the technology and data systems that drive quality behavioral healthcare services. Under the direction of the EMR Systems Administrator, the EMR Systems Analyst supports the organizations electronic medical record (EMR) system and data warehouse by analyzing data, maintaining system integrity, troubleshooting issues, and providing reporting and technical support. What Youll Do Analyze EMR data and develop reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking toolsProvide Help Desk support and troubleshoot EMR-related issuesSupport data integrity, privacy, security, and compliance effortsAssist with EMR system maintenance, upgrades, and process improvementsMonitor system usage and help identify security or access concernsCollaborate with teams to support audits, accreditation, and quality improvement initiativesProduce data visualizations and reports to support operational and clinical decision-makingTrain and support staff in effective EMR system use
