The Primary Responsibilities of an IS Analyst at GRS are as follows: Assist in the maintenance of the network, systems and workstation hardware Assist in the maintenance of the network and systems software Maintain end user applications (virtual and physical) Participate in security monitoring and analysis activities Contribute to the deployment and operations of the information technology environments (virtual and physical) GRS technology collaboration tools Manage the establishment / relocation / de-establishment of GRS locations We ask that candidates possess the following minimum knowledge, skills and abilities: BA/BS in a technology related field (i.e. Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems) Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong communication skills Attention to detail Experience in the management of IT infrastructure, virtual and cloud computing and the ability to diagnose hardware issues Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft products Cybersecurity awareness and understanding of security best practices Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
