Quality Analyst

Quality Systems Analyst - eQMS Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Quality Systems Engineer to support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). This role will work closely with the Quality Systems Engineering Lead to ensure system integrity, compliance, and process standardization across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with Quality Management Systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for improving processes and supporting cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Support administration and continuous improvement of the eQMS platform Develop and maintain eQMS Administrator SOPs and work instructions Review and standardize existing documentation for consistency and compliance Test and validate new workflows, features, and system updates prior to deployment Configure system settings, workflows, and user permissions Assist in creating and maintaining training materials and resources Process eQMS access requests and manage user accounts Initiate and monitor Jira tickets related to system issues and enhancements Provide first-level support for eQMS-related issues and escalate when necessary Maintain document control processes including approvals, versioning, and archival Support audit readiness and compliance with

ISO 9001, IATF

16949, and other quality standards Monitor system usage and recommend process improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and improve efficiency Qualifications Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and compliance standards including ISO 9001 and

IATF 16949

Experience working with eQMS platforms and system administration Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and documentation abilities Ability to train and support users across multiple departments Experience with document control and audit processes preferred Familiarity with Jira or similar issue-tracking systems is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, PLM, and HRM platforms. Ability to support system integration, workflow optimization, and cross-functional process improvements across enterprise applications. Why Join Us? $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
