Captrue Benefits is looking for a Lead Data Integration Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position located in our Blaine, MN office, or remote, depending on location. Join our team and help us change the way healthcare is financed, disclosed and delivered.
Min Salary Range:
$80,000 - $110,000 OUR
VISION FOR THIS KEY ROLE
As a Lead Data Integration Specialist, you'll manage and optimize health plan data flow, ensuring seamless integration across systems (TPA, PBM, Stop loss, PPO, etc.). You'll implement, test, monitor, and maintain data exchanges for accurate transmission. Additionally, you'll produce, automate, and distribute plan experience reports, analyze business processes, identify improvements, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Captrue strives for excellence and efficiency in everything we do - from serving our customers to working with plan partners across the industry. Success in this role will be heavily supported with some of the newest industry-leading technologies and software available in the TPA market and a simplified strategic partnership approach (fewer vendors, optimized outcomes).
A SAMPLE OF WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO IN THIS JOB
Improve:
Optimize data transfers between our clients, and their partners.
Application Configuration:
Configure data exchanges in VBA Software.
Maintain:
Configure & build upon custom built interfaces in VBA Software.
Coordinate:
Respond to EDI file errors and work with partners and vendors to resolve the issues.
Project Management:
?Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
Leadership:
This position has a Data Integration Specialist reporting to it.

Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE JOB
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 5-7 years of working with data file integrations, preferably in VBA Software (Health Payer Platform) 3+ years of working with MSSQL database(s) & writing SQL Queries, preferably in VBA Software 3+ years of experience working with EDI in the x12 health payer format (278, 834, 835, 837) Understanding of reporting tools like Bold Reports / PowerBI / VBAdvanced Reporting Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and a commitment to maintaining compliance with privacy & security standards.
