Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Analyst to join our System Configuration team. This team plays a critical role in ensuring alignment and optimization of Prior Authorization (PA) systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PA operational processes and systems and a proven ability to implement key initiatives that drive desired business outcomes. In this role, the Product Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and engagement around system changes, including-but not limited to-PA Operations, Client Management, and other internal NLX teams. Required Qualifications 3 to 5 years of overall professional experience 3+ years of experience with Novologix and/or CAS systems prior authorization operational processes 3+ years of Microsoft Office experience (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Change agile; willing and able to adjust individual and team direction based upon changing priorities and business need Ability to think critically, problem solve and make decisions while anticipating the broad impact of decisions Preferred Qualifications 3+ years working within an IT or Healthcare environment preferred Familiar with state and federal pharmaceutical regulations preferred Self-directed with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of prior authorization systems and processes Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply systems thinking to complex problems Familiarity with Novologix or other prior authorization platforms Education BA/BS in mathematics, statistics, health care management, business, economics, finance or related field OR equivalent years of experience required Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
