Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Configuration Manager, where you'll lead the design and implementation of critical processes in our policy administration system. This role offers the opportunity to work across various teams to ensure project success and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of new products, business rules, and UI features. Provide leadership to a team, solving complex problems with sustainable and scalable solutions. Drive continuous improvement in team standards and processes, focusing on quality and speed. Communicate effectively with stakeholders about issues, risks, and outcomes. Support Agile development and lead department initiatives, including process improvement and cross-organization collaboration. Skills 3-5 years of experience with ALIP or similar business configuration platforms. 5-7 years of experience in leading business or IT solution delivery. Strong communication and expectation management skills. Deep understanding of annuity and life insurance functional areas. Self-directed problem solver with a knack for asking insightful questions. Preferred Skills Technology, business, and project certifications. Experience in coaching and developing team talent. Familiarity with Agile development frameworks.
