Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing healthcare solutions by translating user requirements into functional specifications and ensuring the quality of our systems. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Participate in the design, build, and testing phases of Epic software upgrades and enhancements. Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert to team members, providing guidance and support. Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including Operations and IT, to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues related to Epic software. Develop and maintain training materials for end-users to enhance software functionality understanding. Support application incidents and ensure timely resolution of issues during go-lives and system upgrades. Skills Active certification in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and/or Professional Billing. 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in billing and revenue cycle management. Strong understanding of healthcare domain knowledge, including payment posting and denial management. Proficiency in analyzing revenue cycle metrics and process improvement techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams. Preferred Skills Experience with Epic Patient Estimates Badge or similar qualifications. Knowledge of Epic Home Health Billing and Charge Router. Demonstrated ability in team management and cross-team communication.
