Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client in Chesterfield, MO that is seeking a
BSA - SAP
Plan to Make.
Duties:
  • Lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of
SAP S/4HANA
Plan-to-Make solutions
  • Drive global template deployment across multiple business units and geographies
  • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with industry best practices
  • Facilitate design confirmation workshops and recommend process improvements leveraging standard SAP capabilities
  • Ensure consistency and governance of manufacturing processes across global implementations
  • Optimize manufacturing planning processes to improve inventory, service levels, and production efficiency
  • Lead design and implementation of SAP Variant Configuration solutions for configurable products
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support complex product configuration requirements.
  • Design scalable configuration models that support global product portfolios.
  • Lead regional and global SAP rollouts
  • Manage business process harmonization efforts across multiple countries
  • Support cutover planning, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization activities Design and implement end-to-end production planning processes including:
  • Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
  • Demand Management
  • Production Orders
  • Capacity Planning
  • Production Scheduling
  • Safety Stock Planning
  • Available-to-Promise (ATP)
  • Supply Planning
  • Planning Strategies and Lot Sizing Develop and maintain:
  • Characteristics
  • Classes
  • Dependencies
  • Configuration Profiles
  • Object Dependencies
  • BOM and Routing Integration Partner closely with:
  • Engineering
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • Procurement
  • Manufacturing Operations
  • Sales and Order Management Lead integration design across:
  • PP
  • VC/AVC
  • MM
  • SD
  • EWM
  • PLM
  • Engineering Change Management (ECM)
  • Global Deployment & Leadership
REQUIREMENTS
  • 10+ years of SAP experience with a primary focus on Production Planning and manufacturing processes
  • 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations as a lead consultant for multiple
SAP S/4HANA
implementation programs with hands-on configuration experience
  • Proven experience delivering global template programs and international rollouts
  • Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) capabilities in S/4HANA
  • Deep functional and configuration expertise
  • Strong business process consulting skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to influence business decisions through SAP best practices
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Deep expertise in:
SAP S/4HANA
Production Planning (PP)
  • MRP and Supply Planning
  • ATP and Product Availability
  • Safety Stock Planning
  • Demand Management
  • Production Execution
  • Capacity Planning
  • Master Data Management

  • Variant Configuration Expertise Strong experience with:
  • Classic Variant Configuration (LO-VC)

  • Product Configuration Strategy
  • PLM Integration Strong experience integrating SAP manufacturing processes with PLM solutions, including:
  • Product Lifecycle Management
  • Engineering Change Processes
  • Product Structures and BOM Governance
  • Product Master Data Management
  • Design-to-Manufacture processes The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
