Job Description:
Summary:
Responsible for receiving and processing RGA shipments from field locations and manufacturing facilities and maintain detailed records of warranty claims.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and process RGA shipments from field locations and manufacturing facilities. Accurately enter and maintain RGA data in spreadsheets and internal systems. Coordinate with Quality and Purchasing teams to initiate and manage returns of line rejects to the Parkville facility. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding board diagnostics, RGA status, and product returns. Input and manage data using systems such as Dynamics 365, SAP, and Excel-based tracking tools. Issue customer credits and process return-to-stock documentation. Collaborate closely with Engineering to support board-level diagnostics, troubleshooting, and reporting. Maintain detailed and accurate records of warranty claims, returns, and resolutions.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Two to four years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 and SAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing teams.
Work Environment:
Lift 40lbs This role operates in a fast-paced environment requiring coordination across multiple departments and consistent communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
