Potential Infosys Opportunity Areas Global Rollout & New Country Enablement Support new country deployments (e.g., Philippines, Vietnam) Leverage templatebased MVP approach with incremental rollout UKG WFM Stabilization Stabilize core modules: Timekeeping, Accruals, Leave, Attendance, Activities Assist with configuration, testing, and defect resolution Backlog Reduction & Sprint Support Execute welldefined, configurationheavy user stories Provide shortterm sprint capacity to reduce carryover Manual & Repetitive Work Offload Variance processing, PTO audits, ticket handling Free internal SMEs to focus on highervalue work Documentation & Knowledge Capture Document tribalknowledge processes and configurations Create reusable reference and support materials
