This program will be part of a transformative venture, driving the future of next generation afloat mission effectiveness in response to evolving strategic and environmental demands. This position is contingent upon award news, expected Spring 2026.

Duties:

Qualifications Required Education and Experience:

Bachelors and two (2) years or more relevant experience with one or more C5ISR systems: radio communication racks, Interior Communications (Alarm/Safety/Warning), shipboard CGOne / Unclass /SIPRNET LANs, Surface Search Radar, Navigation Distribution system, Integrated Bridge System; additional four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree

Required Security Clearance:

Must have an active Secret clearance on first day of employment

Required Certification:

Cybersecurity Workforce Level II cert i.e. Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP and a Vendor operating system certification: i.e. Microsoft, Cisco, RedHat, or Linux - Or must be willing to obtain/pass certifications within 180 days of hire

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Experience with Risk Management Framework process to attain Authority To Operate Desired/Key C3ISR, C4ISR, C5ISR, and/or C6

ISR Shipboard Systems:

Integrated Bridge System Gyrocompass (e.g., WSN-7) Surface Search Radars (e.g., AN/SPY-6, SPS-series)

UHF, HF, VHF

Marine Radios Shipboard Communication Cabinets Shipboard Alarms and Interior Communications (Safety, Warning Systems) Fathometer and Depth Sounding Systems Global Positioning Systems (GPS) Sonar Mission System (SMS) Extremely High Frequency (EHF) Communications
