Montana State Fund is looking for a Systems Analyst I to join our team and play a key role in supporting our essential application systems. In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in keeping our business moving forward. You'll work closely with various teams, providing critical support and helping to shape the future of our applications. Required Skills What you will do: User support: Resolves level three application support issues while communicating resolution status to stakeholders and internal partners. Makes user training recommendations, writes user documentation, and provides a variety of user support or project support functions as directed.
Testing:
Supports project teams and IT groups in writing test plans. Executes manual and automated test scripts for software and hardware products.
Requirement gathering:
Writes requirements for fixing support issues, provides input into project requirements based on user support and testing experiences, and proactively seeks feedback on user's day to day work experience to communicate optimization opportunities to IT, product owners, and stakeholders.

Required Experience What you will need (minimum qualifications): Associate degree and t wo (2) years' relevant IT work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities in a technical setting Working conditions: Fast paced general office environment. Some stress may occur. Frequent travel expected for servicing policies and other business, traveling with team members, and for organization specific events. Requires sitting for extended periods of time, standing, visual acumen, manual dexterity, detailed verbal communications and fine finger manipulation for working with computer keyboards.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting salary for this exempt position begins at $72,600-$90,700 per year.
