Job Description:

Education & Qualifying Experience:

Bachelor s degree in a related field preferred 5-8 years of relevant experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated experience leading customer implementation projects or defined project workstreams Experience implementing complex solutions, including PANDAC, in customer environments Ability to lead customer-facing discussions with clinical, operational, and leadership stakeholders Strong project ownership, follow-up, and accountability skills Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills Ability to deliver effective product, workflow, and process presentations Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple initiatives Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams Demonstrated sound business judgment and professional decision-making Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer and internal partner needs Competitors that have a similar tool as
