Job Description

Position Summary:
The Engineering Associate is responsible for assisting engineering activities related to the development, improvement, and optimization of the process and equipment used for the manufacture of terminally sterilized and aseptically filled pharmaceutical products.
Job Responsibilities:
Draft engineering change controls Present change controls to the Change Control Review Board (CCRB) and enter approved changes into the system and ensure accurate documentation Ensure compliance with established protocols and standards Facilitate the induction of new assets Coordinate with Validation (VAL) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) members on capex requests Order necessary parts and materials for project execution Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendor for timely deliveries Monitor and track downtime events, ensuring accurate and timely reporting Develop and deliver presentations on project updates, change controls, and related topics Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:
Associate degree required, bachelor's degree preferred 5 years manufacturing experience Experience in sourcing parts and working with vendors Brownfield/Greenfield experience desired EOE, including disability/vets.
