Position Overview :
A Senior Project Analyst works closely with management from all departments, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Accounting to manage customer-based projects. This role will use quote inputs from a Project Estimator/Analyst, and conduct high level reviews of overall project scope to ensure our cost estimates cover all risks and contingencies, while still maintaining business profit targets. This role will also be responsible for following projects through production to ensure costs stay in line with estimates.
Key Responsibilities :
Review RFQs with Engineering and Project Estimator/Analyst to ensure all project requirements are understood Coordinate with Engineering from initial customer requests to review project scope and analyze all potential risks and challenges Work closely with a Project Estimator/Analyst to verify all project costs are covered, as well as potential factors that might fall outside of intended project scope Provide final approval - up to a specified project value - for quotes, or set senior management reviews of any projects above that value Develop strategic, long-term process changes to create a more data-driven and efficient quoting process (i.e. software tools, engineering integration) Communicate routinely with customers, vendors, and department managers to ensure all relevant parties understand project requirements Assist Purchasing and Planning departments with quoted estimate information once an order has been received Coordinate with Project Estimator/Analyst to review and monitor real project costs Use data to analyze quoting accuracy, and to provide actionable reports to the FP&A Manager Perform other duties as assigned What You Will Bring to the
Team :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to project management Associate's level degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business strongly preferred ERP/MRP software experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office software products Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work independently Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident in compliance with ITAR regulations Our Investment in

Hours of Operation:
Normal business hours: 7:00AM - 4:00PM; Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays as scheduled by leadership.
