Job Description Our client is looking to fill the role of Project Controls Coordinator. The Project Controls Analyst supports planning, scheduling, financial, and resource control across multiple Waterfall-based projects in a regulated environment. This role partners with Project Managers, Finance, IT, Quality/Compliance, and vendors to ensure projects remain aligned to approved scope, schedule, budget, and compliance requirements, with audit-ready documentation throughout delivery. Onsite daily in Sanford, NC Pay $50-$55/hour Up to 1 year contract Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies Track cross-functional and vendor dependencies; monitor plan vs. actual performance Coordinate resource planning and identify capacity constraints across projects Track budgets, forecasts, variances, and support monthly accruals with Finance Support formal change control and assess impacts to scope, schedule, cost, and resources Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and executive-level status reporting Coordinate stakeholder meetings and monitor vendor deliverables and invoices Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, or PMO roles Experience supporting multiple projects in regulated, documentation-driven environments Working knowledge of Waterfall project planning, financial tracking, and governance Preferred:
Experience in pharma, life sciences, medical device, or other regulated industries Exposure to validation, stage-gated delivery, or audit processes ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, D365) and/or PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2
