ASSA ABLOY
marketing organization by delivering the content and data required to enable the websites, eCommerce experiences, and related marketing platforms for the Access & Egress Hardware Group (AEHG). The AEHG encompasses the leading industry brands of Arrow, ASSA ABLOY ACCENTRA, Corbin Russwin, Lawrence, Norton Rixson, SARGENT, and Securitech. This role partners with stakeholders across the business to capture requirements, fulfill data requests, and help ensure accurate, consistent product information and digital assets. This position will sit on-site full-time in either Berlin or New Haven, CT reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications. What will you be doing Serve as a power user and primary administrator for the Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems Lead the collection, review, standardization, and upload of product data and digital assets Partner with data stewards across the division to ensure data quality, from cross-brand standardization to accurate presentation on websites and other PIM-dependent tools Support the design and ongoing enhancement of document and image asset search interfaces for each of Access & Egress Hardware Group (AEHG) brands, for use on the Extranet and public websites Support development and maintenance of publication structures for Webshop programs. Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for public websites and webshops. Respond to data and content requests from customers and internal stakeholders Maintain and prioritize a backlog of user requirements for internal and external stakeholders Support technical teams with data migration, integrations, testing, and operational support activities Develop, run, and analyze reports to assess data quality, consistency, completeness, and usage Establish and document procedures that enable multiple data owners to add and update content in a controlled manner Configure and maintain PIM structures to efficiently distribute content to supported websites and marketing tools Assist with configuration and coordination of project activities for related tools, including product configurators and selectors Create and deliver training materials for end users of the PIM and DAM systems Coordinate ongoing product data maintenance, including updates, changes, and new product introductions Provide end-user support for the PIM system, including request management and user administration Manage defined components of larger cross-functional initiatives, as assigned What are we looking for Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Business Administration (BBA), Computer Science or related field required Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies and developing product knowledge within
