Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Systems Analyst to join our team in Wall, New Jersey. In this contract position with the potential for permanent employment, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Oracle Cloud Fusion applications while supporting financial systems and ensuring seamless functionality. This role requires strong collaboration and documentation skills, as well as a proactive approach to system improvements.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, ensuring their functionality aligns with business requirements and operates efficiently.
  • Manage user roles, system access rights, and delegation profiles in partnership with corporate and regional finance teams.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processes to build consensus and serve as future references.
  • Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for Oracle-related issues, including troubleshooting access, functionality, and data integrity concerns.
  • Analyze system data, develop reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and monitor scheduled reports, workflows, dashboards, and module-specific configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve interface errors, functional issues, and scheduling conflicts.
  • Perform system configurations, enhancements, upgrades, and oversee quarterly Oracle Cloud update activities.
  • Lead user acceptance testing by defining test plans, developing scripts, and guiding stakeholders through new features and patches.
  • Conduct periodic audits of user security and system access to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
