Principal Systems Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a Principal Systems Analyst to support brokerage technology modernization efforts. You will work closely with business, architecture, and engineering teams to reverse engineer legacy systems and support cloud modernization. This role bridges legacy mainframe systems and modern cloud platforms supporting large scale, data intensive environments.

Compensation:

$70 - 75/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. •  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
•  6+ years of Systems Analyst experience
•  Knowledge of mainframe technologies (COBOL, VSAM, batch/online)
•  Experience with Java based microservices and REST APIs
•  Experience with SQL (DB2, Oracle, Postgres)
•  Agile methodology experience
•  Strong documentation and communication skills
•  Experience supporting high volume, data intensive platforms
•  Industry experience in financial services or other high transaction, data intensive environments
•  Brokerage, trades processing, or settlements experience
•  AWS cloud exposure
