Telecom Expense Analyst | Morristown, NJ (Onsite)
Location:
Morristown, NJ - 100%
Onsite Duration:
6 Months Requirements 6-8+ years of experience in Telecom Expense Management / Telecom Billing Strong knowledge of telecom assurance, billing lifecycle, and inventory management Experience with Calero TEM platform and telecom carrier management Hands-on experience with DIA, Broadband, MPLS, and telecom circuits Experience with vendor management, SLAs, reporting, and cost optimization Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Responsibilities Manage and optimize telecom billing and inventory platforms Support TEM platform integration and migration activities Track telecom expenses, forecasting, and reporting metrics Work with IT teams, vendors, and carriers to resolve billing/service issues Support audits, contract compliance, and process improvements Preferred Experience managing large telecom/IT projects Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
