Full Job Description Job Description:
Specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems. Assesses the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaises with end users, software vendors and programmers in order to achieve these outcomes. Uses analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology. Serves as change agent, who identifies the organizational improvements needed, designs systems to implement those changes and trains and motivates others to use the systems.

Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Required Skills:
  • 7+ Years experience leading a team of technical systems analysts in the gathering/analyzing of requirements for a complex project.
Experience must include planning, eliciting, organizing and documenting business process requirements, encouraging stakeholders to resolve issues with design specifications, and evaluating technical solutions that have been implemented and suggesting technical process/design improvements.
  • 7+ Years experience in working with project stakeholders to implement solutions (Development team, Business SMEs)by creating/analyzing business requirement document (BRD), software requirement specifications (SRS), business rules, traceability matrix, workflow diagrams, or other business or system requirement artifacts.
  • 5+ Years experience creating SQL queries to analyze/validate back-end data processing for the purpose of identifying software system defects/anomalies.
  • 4 years' experience creating/analyzing workflow diagrams, business process diagrams, and technical process diagrams using MS Visio.
  • 3 Years experience creating wireframes for screen mockup/requirement purposes
