Our Defense division in East Aurora, NY is looking for a Configuration Management Coordinator III to join our dynamic team! Under the general direction of the Space Configuration Manager, the Configuration Management Coordinator III is responsible for the organization, tracking and management of customer data submittals for assigned programs and manages the submittal and release of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) through Moog's change management systems. As our Configuration Management Coordinator III, you will make critical contributions by holding responsibility for: Coordinating and processing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) through to final release in Moog's multi-site Teamcenter System Evaluate ECNs submittals for content and impact to disposition, classification, and customer requirements Approve ECNs on behalf of CM Manager Act as the primary point of contact/SME for Program CM Issues Apply expert knowledge of Moog's ERP and Teamcenter PLM to support ECN process Perform problem resolutions for ECNs and Teamcenter activities Support program teams and create strong working relationships within CM/DM team and with internal and external customers Provide process guidance and training to users Proofreading documents Updating CAD data as needed To be considered for the Configuration Management Coordinator III role, you will need to bring with you: HS diploma and 10+ years of experience in a similar role Drafting experience strongly preferred A thorough knowledge of Teamcenter and ERP software is required A thorough knowledge of contractual language and requirements Ability to interpret technical information and thorough knowledge with engineering drawings and specifications Attention to detail and process Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications It would also be ideal if you had the following preferred qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field, and 2+ years experience OR an Associate's degree in Engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years experience Ability to modify engineering drawings in NX/Solidworks/Cadra. Working knowledge of Teamcenter, CRDM and/or Subversion software How we care for you:

Salary Range Transparency:
Buffalo, NY $33.65-$43.27 Hourly Salary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
