Job Description

Kasson & Keller is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Window Product Knowledge Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to successfully implement and support vinyl window products within our enterprise software systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, logic-based workflows, collaboration, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing and technology-driven environment.
Compensation Salary:
$65,000 per year Comprehensive benefits package: health, vision, dental insurance, 401K with up to 4% match Supplemental Insurance Up to 4 weeks' vacation Free life insurance 6 paid holidays + 1 floating holiday Sick time What You'll Do Utilize mathematical reasoning, logic, and problem-solving skills to build and maintain product configuration workflows. Use Kasson and Keller's MEC software suite to construct and support product configurations. Collaborate directly with vendors, developers, sales representatives, and production personnel to support operational, manufacturing, sales, and product configuration needs. Maintain product bills of materials, product catalogs, plant integrations, and production paperwork within MES software. Serve as a key operational resource for configuration support, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Participate in quality assurance and regression testing to ensure new products and options are implemented successfully. Maintain regular communication with project teams through meetings, remote collaboration sessions, email, and issue tracking tools. Develop expertise in Kasson and Keller's MEC software and window production processes. What You Need to Succeed Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to gather requirements and solve complex problems effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Building products or window manufacturing knowledge is a plus. General understanding of relational databases is preferred. Enjoyment of logic puzzles and workflow-based problem solving is highly valued.
