  • Full-time General Responsibilities
  • Work With Parent Company CIO and IT team to best align IT initiatives and planning
  • Determine IT needs of the company including coordinating, planning, procurement, set up and leading all computer-related activities so the company has the necessary computer hardware and software to operate efficiently.
  • Maintain Hardware and Software licensing and contracts
  • Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture and processes.
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems as well as relevant policies, system flow and procedures.
  • Sophos Firewall, VPN, Email Security management.
  • Aruba Switch Management, VLAN management for data and phone
  • Sangma Phone System
  • Setting up user extensions, queues, phones, call routing
  • Managing Remote VPN and server access for remote works and vendors
  • Troubleshoot daily issues with computer systems. Hardware, Software and Applications
  • Work with parent company on server, hardware and networking design.
  • Perform necessary software and firmware updates.
  • Develop and maintain systems to store and secure data.
  • Prepare/arrange team training on ERP and computer software for all employees to allow for skills advancement.
  • Server Virtualization setup, management and configuration. VMware ESX and Veeam Backup
  • Microsoft Server Setup and configurations, Linux server setup and Management
  • Domain Management, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, File Server management
  • Microsoft 365 Entra Corporate administration
  • Licensing, Users, Apps, Integrated Apps, Power BI
  • Application and Database Server Setup and configuration.
IIS, SQL
Server 2019. Shipping application custom software Process Weaver integration with ERP System
  • SolidWorks EPDM server setup and management
  • Periodic network Penetration and Vulnerability scanning, remediating vulnerabilities Liaison for the ERP system and work with the vendor on open cases.
IT user support of hardware, software installation/repair functions and security access. Light hardware repair of hard drive, power supplies etc. Work with employees as necessary, educate or recommend offsite training so that they can perform tasks efficiently and get the information they need while protecting the integrity of the Business Information Systems. Coordinate with outside vendors regarding email, telephone and internet service for all employees. Perform system data backups. Rotate backup tapes physically offsite on weekly basis Develop Flomatic's IT Disaster Recovery Plan and Policy (backup plans).
  • From time to time, you will be asked to perform other duties that are directly or indirectly related to the above duties and/or other company matters of importance as directed by the company.
  • Maintain and support other department requirements for ISO 9001 and
ISO 14001
  • Protect systems from viruses and test employees on not accepting improper emails.
  • Maintain IT disaster recovery program.
  • Monitor generator activity to ensure proper reliability.
  • Oversee business copiers and business/label printers. Work with vendors to fix problems.
  • Manage company audio/visual equipment. This position requires a bachelor's or associate degree in computer science, information technology or information systems with a minimum of 5 years' IT support experience with Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certifications. A minimum of two years' experience of working knowledge of ERP ( Enterprise Resource Planning )
  • Microsoft D 365 systems is preferred .
Self-starter with proven record of working independently. From time to time, you may be called upon to perform certain duties off-hours, including nights & weekends as required by the job responsibilities.
Pay:
$70,000.00
