We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Support Specialist to join our team at K&A Engineering in Melville, New York. Role Expectations:

Assist with oversight of material reconciliation process Provide project-based assistance and support to the FEMA Team Anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately Utilize SAP to: Record Data Update New/Current Information Update Work Orders Track Schedules and export into Excel What we're looking for: A four-year college degree is preferred, majoring in Business Administration or related field. 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires some managerial oversight/direction. Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrable quantitative and analytical skills Previous experience utilizing basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint). Microsoft Project experience is a plus, as is prior work on a federally funded projects Demonstrate a high level of personal initiative and ability to interact with stakeholders positively and collaboratively. Demonstrate a high level of skill in Microsoft Excel. Must be in Long Island or Queens County Hybrid Position in
