Job Description

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Systems Analyst with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support enhancements and day-to-day ERP operations. This role works closely with Finance and Operations teams to ensure Business Central effectively supports core business processes. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional business process knowledge in addition to technical ERP skills. The ideal candidate understands how information flows across departments and focuses on improving integrated business processes rather than isolated system functionality. The Systems Analyst will assist in continuing to evolve procedures and best practices.

Contribute:
Support the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing operation of the Business Central ERP system. Assist with system upgrades for the on-premises Business Central environment, including the installation and testing ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Document and communicate issues, risks, and changes within Business Central (BC) software. Identify improvement opportunities including training, modules, and business processes. Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into ERP solutions. Assist in identifying and evaluating bolt-on applications and provide input on functional fit and system compatibility. Assist in testing and rolling out new processes or features. Support day-to-day end user issues and requests. May perform additional duties as requested. What You Bring to Safran Federal Systems Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience . 4+ years of experience working on design, configuration, and/or support of Dynamics Business Central (BC) preferred but other MRPs or ERPs may be considered. Working knowledge of AL (Application Language) used in Business Central extensions or experience working with other low-code or automation platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to communicate effectively with or without reasonable accommodation. Job tasks may require reading, reasoning, writing, and interpreting complex information.
