A Day in the Life of a Treasury Systems & Compliance Analyst The Treasury Systems & Compliance Analyst works under the direction of the Manager, Treasury Systems and Compliance, and plays a key role within the Treasury department. Ensures that departmental operations and processes are implemented and executed in compliance with Enterprise policies and procedures as well as best-in-class Treasury practice. This associate also performs key tasks with respect to the administration of hundreds of bank accounts, the Enterprise corporate card program, system user administration across 25+ unique systems, and measuring Treasury department KPIs. Duties and Responsibilities- Performs compliance testing across Cash Management, Risk Management, and Corporate Finance, to ensure each area is compliant with the established policies and procedures. Examples of processes examined include wire transfers, check deposits, EFT/checks disbursements and user entitlements for Treasury systems utilized by associates across the Enterprise.
- Creates accurately generated controls documentation that reflects testing performed demonstrating a working knowledge of internal control concepts.
- First point of contact for creating, modifying, deleting and validating Enterprise system user entitlements across the various Treasury systems/platforms.
- Administration of corporate bank accounts across institutions including applications, containing data on current and historical bank accounts. Updates bank account signers and all related bank compliance documentation and adds or removes bank account as accounts are opened or closed.
- Administration of corporate credit card users (new applications, closing cards, flagging fraud etc.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree In accounting, business administration, computer science, information systems, finance, or a related field of study. - Required
- Proven ability to work well in teams.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative.
- Experience with account reconciliation.
- Proven basic knowledge of cash management and treasury operations.
