Full Job Description Configuration Center Project Lead Title:

Project Lead Department:
Configuration Position Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining MCPC's high quality standards across the Configuration department as well as consistently meeting Service Level Agreements with clients and Service Level Objectives set by MCPC. This individual will act as a initial point of contact for a section of the Configuration department as well as a first point of escalation for any issues with equipment, orders, processes, or technicians.
Responsibilities:
Identify issues or inconsistencies with devices, tickets, orders, decision matrices, or communication. Communicate in a timely manner with various departments at MCPC as well as client personnel to solve problems. Collaborate with Configuration Center Leadership in the pursuit of continuous improvement in the department. Oversee Service Boards associated with the department and ensure tickets and workflow are tracked and updated accurately. Provide guidance and support to technicians for escalated problems. Manage the flow of orders entering and leaving the department. ? Work with management to perform audits to ensure quality standards are met. Key Outcomes of this
Position:
Timely and accurate processing of customer devices into MCPC's Life Cycle Management programs built to the customer's needs.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a related field is a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Comfortable leading and collaborating with a team. Strong problem-solving skills ? Demonstrated organization, time-management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 Years of experience or relevant training or certifications. ? 6 months of experience leading a team in a professional setting.
Physical Requirements:
Lifting requirements of up to 50 lbs. May require standing for long periods of time. Operating a pallet jack. Vision must be fair enough under a strong light.
