Architectural Document Reviewer

Job Description:

This person will support a state agency that designs and builds affordable housing for the surrounding Columbus region. You will work with the in-house architect to review architectural plans; assists with construction-related items from the architectural plans &/or site visits Works with the Project Administration team to determine projects that will be visited and the types of visits; reviews project details; enters grantee data into computer, tracks status Provides assist in providing technical assistance to members of the project team.

Qualifications:

+1 year of experience within the architecture industry is a plus Associates or Bachelors degree in architecture is a plus Understanding of how a building is constructed and designed
