Job Description About the

Role:

We're seeking a Role-based access control (RBAC) business system analyst to support the day-to-day operation of our enterprise RBAC program. In this role, you'll help drive and define requirements by working with the Application teams and the Business. identify process gaps for automation, update documentation, and help deliver IAM solutions across the enterprise.

Job Description:

o Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of a business area in the context of the business client's unit to identify and communicate how IAM solutions can strategically assist and support. o Supports one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of IAM solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business. o Serve as a project or scrum team member who is responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis and documentation of future business requirements. o Operate in an Agile environment and help document requirements for RBAC development o Align IAM resources and processes in order to meet the business needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions. o Perform other duties as assigned within the IAM program to help assist with the delivery of Role-based-access control solutions o Partner with infrastructure and application teams to gather access requirements for our Engineering Teams o Maintain documentation and procedures aligned to Role-based access control We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Must Haves:

o Bachelor's Degree o 5+ Years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst o 3 years of experience leading and supporting successful IAM projects

Plusses:

o Demonstrable IAM technical skills and ability to learn IAM technology o Excellent documentation skills, including technical writing. o Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. o Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines o Prior experience as a Business System Analyst; including experience with creation of scope documents, eliciting and documenting functional/non-functional requirements and use cases, and producing process flows using Visio o Strong organization, written and oral communication skills o Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements with ability to ask relevant questions to drill into the details o Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion
