JOB DESCRIPTION

The zoning team oversees one or more projects on an ongoing and regular basis. Individually, or as part of a team, responsible for zoning requests and tracking, and follow up. Coordinating with other teammates. What You'll Do Update logs, database, and files Prepares check requests Performs research as required for projects and follows up on requested projects Requests information and documents from the applicable municipality, following up on requests and clarifying conformation information when necessary Obtains current zoning and pulling applicable code sections from municipality zoning ordinances What You'll Bring MS Software skills Organizational and coordinating skills Oral communication skills sufficient to gather information and relay project information to team members. Written communication skills sufficient to create project plans and other project documentation.

Written communication skills sufficient to create project plans and other project documentation. Typical Education ? AA preferred or equivalent experience. Typical Range of Experience ? Employees entering this job typically have 2+ years of experience in an advanced administrative function.
