DOE Position Summary:
The Systems Integration and Administration Analyst serves as the technical backbone of the Business Systems team. You will bridge the gap between high-level business requirements and the underlying server infrastructure. This role requires a wide variety of skills in database administration, server tech, software administration, and integration support. This person will work closely with Infrastructure Support, Software Development, Finance, Customer Service as well as other teams at Museum of the Bible.

System Integration:
Manage the integration of systems and processes within the organization Troubleshoot API connections and data flows between internal servers and enterprise applications Co-partner with the Hobby Lobby Business Intelligence and Reporting Department, Infrastructure Manager, and Business Systems Manager to provide oversight over Integration and Business Intelligence efforts in tracking the project deliverables.
System Administration:
Support and maintain applications within all environments, including working with end users and others within IT to triage, find the root cause, and determine a solution for issues. Assist in managing system access, user accounts, and security configurations.
Infrastructure Support:
Provide requirements to the infrastructure team to help maintain and configure application servers; monitor performance and manage permissions. Responsible for planning, installing, and validating server software applications.
Testing & Deployment:
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage the deployment of server-side patches and updates.
Database Support:
Responsible for supervising the daily activities of the database support team. Lead workshops with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional technical specifications. Maintain technical documentation with all the technical details and proper visual diagrams (Flowcharts, Diagram, and Layouts) for ease of understanding. Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and design standards. Champion the Museum of the Bible's mission to invite all people to engage with the transformative power of the Bible. As required, inclusion in official or incidental photographs and videos for MOTB and/or guests. Other Duties as
Assigned Qualifications & Requirements:
Knowledge:
3-5 years of experience working in a systems analyst/technical business analyst role. Demonstrated understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills Strong consultative and advisory skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Salesforce, Point of Sale (POS) and NetSuite not required but preferred. Ability to develop and prepare use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements Ability to prioritize and manage simultaneous projects and efforts Software administration, Power BI Cloud and SQL Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong MS Visio skills.
Abilities:
Ability to stoop, stand, climb, and occasionally lift a minimum of 20 lbs. as required Must be able to adapt and pivot to different duties, work schedules, or events as assigned, in accordance with operational needs and applicable wage and hour requirements.
