Job Summary:
Tests, maintains, and monitors the organization-wide information systems. Monitors overall performance of the learning management system as it relates to organization-wide learning initiatives. Assists in implementing projects that streamline systems, define better technology architecture, and create automated workflows and functionality across the organization. Improves process efficiencies and data quality.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Bachelor's degree: Preferred Three years' relevant experience:
Preferred Essential Functions:
Assists in monitoring and maintaining organization-wide learning management system. Coordinates and installs multiple programs into the organization's software to ensure its effectiveness. Contributes to the organization's website. Prioritizes daily activities to complete tasks/projects assigned by others. Ensures accuracy of employee data. Collects and compiles all trending data. Applies working knowledge of the techniques, principles, theories and concepts of the discipline, staff, technologies, services, and practices to complete routine and non-routine assignments. Provides employees with ongoing support with website or software issues. Solves and escalates operational problems and technical issues; modifies existing tools or processes. Works with decisions that have moderate impact on function/family operations. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
