Job Description
Join Our Team Lenape Valley Foundation is seeking a Contract & Configuration Analyst who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. In this role, youll sit at the intersection of behavioral health billing, system configuration, and contract interpretation, ensuring our services are billed accurately, compliantly, and in alignment with payer requirements.

What You Bring 2+ years of experience with behavioral health billing system configuration and billing matrices Experience interpreting managed care or payer contracts, including reimbursement rules and fee schedules Handson experience with Behavioral Health EHR systems Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to analyze complex billing and reimbursement data and spot inconsistencies or trends Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate across teamsYour Role Configure the Behavioral Health EHR system to ensure accurate billing based on payer contracts and rules Maintain and update billing matrices, data dictionaries, and related EHR forms Interpret payer and managed care contracts to identify billing requirements, rates, and reimbursement rules Monitor payer websites and portals for updates to billing guidelines and apply changes as needed Identify and resolve billing issues, including missing data, configuration errors, and rate discrepancies Analyze billing data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue improvement Maintain accurate contract and configuration documentation and support contract renewals Import Early Intervention and Intellectual Disability services from HCSIS into Credible weekly Collaborate with billing, finance, and operational teams to ensure accurate and compliant billing Perform additional duties as assignedAbout Lenape Valley FoundationSince 1958, Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF) has been a trusted non-profit provider of essential human services in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
