This role operates Monday through Friday during daylight hours, with the potential for remote work. The Project Analyst will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining large datasets across multiple internal systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency. This individual will support meeting preparation by compiling data, developing summaries, and organizing presentation materials, while also partnering with leadership to provide ad hoc analyses and create executive-ready presentations. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with members of UPMC management and staff regarding assigned projects Assist in the development of business cases, work plans, communications, etc. Maintain project documents within approved archival systems. Generate necessary project documentation, including meeting minutes, project deliverables, etc. Handle project administrative duties including scheduling requirements, SharePoint requirements, etc. Advise supervising Project Manager and others of pending due dates. Identify and help resolve potential issues and/or barriers which are critical to the success of a project. B.A. degree and 2 years experience (preferred) Experience in health care insurance or health care industry preferred Excellent computer skills required, including MS Office Suite Strong problem solving, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written) are required Very well organized and deadline conscious. Project Management knowledge and future potential to manage multiple projects required.
