Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a Systems & Data Integration Analyst to support and enhance our business systems, data workflows, and operational technology. This role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and operations, helping ensure that integrations run smoothly, processes are automated, and technical issues are resolved efficiently. This position is designed to evolve based on the strengths of the candidate. The ideal hire will bring a foundation in data and/or systems work, with the ability to grow into a key contributor across integrations, automation, and technical operations. Key Responsibilities Systems & Integration Support Monitor and maintain integrations between internal systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and third-party platforms Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow, system connectivity, and order processing Support ongoing improvements to integration reliability and performance API & Data Work Work with APIs to retrieve, transform, and send data between systems Build and maintain scripts for data processing and automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar) Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and operational needs Automation & Process Improvement Identify manual or repetitive processes and implement automated solutions Support and enhance scheduled workflows using tools such as VisualCron or similar platforms Assist in developing scalable, repeatable data and system processes Reporting & Operational Support Generate and maintain reports for Operations, Finance, and other departments Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and analysis Support business users by translating data needs into technical solutions Technical Support & Collaboration Act as a technical resource for system-related issues across departments Partner with internal teams and external IT providers to resolve infrastructure or system issues Document processes, workflows, and technical solutions for internal use Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in a technical role (data, systems, IT, or related field) Working knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis Experience working with APIs (REST/JSON preferred) Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Experience Experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., Logiwa) or eCommerce integrations Familiarity with file-based integrations (SFTP, CSV, Excel workflows) Exposure to task automation or scheduling tools (e.g., VisualCron) Basic understanding of systems, networking, or infrastructure concepts Candidate Profile Comfortable working across both data and systems-related tasks Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects and issues Interested in learning and expanding skill sets across multiple technical areas Able to adapt in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment Role Flexibility This role is intentionally designed to evolve. Depending on the candidate's strengths and experience, the position may develop with a greater focus on: Data engineering and API development, or Systems administration and infrastructure support
