Position Summary:
The Maintenance Systems Analyst is a key member of the maintenance organization. This role is responsible for the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of fixes and enhancements to our maintenance systems. On a regular basis this associate will monitor the ServiceNet jobs in order to identify when new jobs need to be created, validate and ensure Story acceptance/testing criteria are accurate and reasonable, and ensure the full functionality of the new features, enhancements and fixes.
Major Responsibilities:
Understand and test/validate changes and enhancements to our repair system (ServiceNet). Learn and understand basics of other system that integrate with ServiceNet Guide developers and QA Testers on the requirements of changes / enhancements. Communicate new features and changes to the field as they are deployed. Document and follow a consistent job creation process. Review unfound jobs periodically to identify the need for additional jobs or the rewording and realignment of existing jobs. Also remove jobs that are no longer applicable from the system. Design and develop a methodology for system training and communication of system enhancements. Other projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Understanding of Maintenance policy and procedures especially focusing on Repairs Strong computer skills including Excel, Access, SQL Field experience a plus Knowledge of vehicle maintenance / terminology preferred. College degree preferred. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
