Job Description:

This position is for our large Cloud software client who delivers secure cloud based software to their customers.

On a daily basis:

• Create build sheets from PCE (Private Cloud Edition) and SHC (SAP Help Center) software specifications in accordance with build sheet standards, leveraging the custom PQA Automation tool.
• Develop deep expertise in client build sheet specifications and SAP software entitlements that enable Cloud ERP automated provisioning.
• Coordinate with the Operations Build Team as needed to ensure build sheets are reviewed, accepted, and compliant with established standards. Required Skills & Experience
• 3-4 years working in a reporting analyst role
• Experience supporting AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure environment or software
• 3+ years of experience managing technical information and details where accuracy was paramount, in a reporting tool or Excel
• Experience with a cloud software tool and working with customers information
• Experience with any SAP products or software (S/4 HANA or SAP ECS)
