The Configuration Analyst is responsible for two key aspects of business applications support
- both the daily operational/product support needs of the existing systems along with serving as a vital resource and consultative partner with key stakeholders in the business.
Qualification Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline preferred.Experience:
5 + years' experience in implementation and support of integration of information systems in a insurance setting. 3 + years' experience in the life insurance industryKnowledge Requirements:
Knowledge of various Configuration Management tools Knowledge of life insurance products and services Knowledge of Policy Administration Systems and workflows Knowledge of creating and managing complex databases Strong analytical skills Proficiency in Repository management Well versed in project management, agile mythology and product support Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical staff Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in order to exceed customers' expectations and to minimize escalations by taking ownership of customer reported issues Strong technical expertise with a wide range of technologies. Hybrid Work Model At our Canton location, employees will be on site Monday- Thursday.
