Bothell, WA (Hybrid) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced ERP Configuration Specialist to support and maintain enterprise applications, product master data, and configuration systems within a manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for managing material master data, product configurations, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and system-related processes that support manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and order-to-cash activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ERP systems, product data management, manufacturing processes, and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage material master data, item master records, and product attributes within ERP systems. Create, update, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and product structures. Configure and support product configurator tools and associated business rules. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product and manufacturing data. Support order-to-cash processes through proper maintenance of product master data. Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and IT teams to implement product and process changes. Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements related to product data and system configuration. Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials. Assist with regulatory and compliance-related product data requirements. Train and support end users on ERP and product configuration processes. Generate reports and perform data analysis to support operational decision-making. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, master data management, or manufacturing systems. Experience maintaining Material Master, Item Master, or Product Master Data. Experience creating or maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs). Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes. Experience with data validation, testing, and process documentation. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms. Experience with product configuration or variant configuration tools. Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and data governance. Experience supporting manufacturing, medical device, industrial, automotive, or regulated environments. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing. Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
