This role is fully remote and involves guiding the setup, configuration, and stabilization of a newly deployed expense management system. If you have hands-on experience with ExpensePoint and are skilled in system implementation and user support, this position offers an excellent opportunity to make an impact.
Responsibilities:
Configure and complete the setup of the ExpensePoint system, ensuring all components are properly implemented. Establish approval workflows and user structures for approximately 120 users to ensure seamless operations. Support the organization during the early stages of deployment, addressing initial challenges and troubleshooting issues. Collaborate with the team to optimize the input forms and system configuration during the initial phase. Provide guidance and expertise to stabilize the system post-deployment. Ensure all user roles and permissions are correctly defined and implemented. Monitor system performance and address any technical issues that arise during the first few weeks. Work closely with the Controller to align system functionality with organizational needs. Offer training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the system. Proven hands-on experience with the deployment and configuration of the ExpensePoint system. Strong background in expense management and system implementation . Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the early stages of deployment. Experience managing user structures and approval workflows for large teams. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and end-users. Familiarity with configuration management and optimization processes. Ability to provide training and support to users during transitions. Previous experience in stabilizing systems post-deployment.
