We are seeking a Systems Analyst Associate to work across our client organization to deliver solutions aligned with the business capability delivery and with a focus on providing optimized IT at best value. The ideal candidate will have exposure to cloud service technologies and will integrate with a team that supports cloud services to include acquisition, financial management, asset management, and optimization. The Systems Analyst Associate will join the Technology Shared Services (TSS) team, based in Bossier City, LA. TSS delivers a wide range of services that support programs across GDIT. In this role, the candidate will gain hands-on experience with FinOps practices while working collaboratively to support two major service offerings: the Cloud Service Provider Subscriber Service (CSP SS) and the Cloud Management Tool (CMT). CSP SS provides operational support for reselling cloud services from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, and
IBM. CMT
delivers FinOps tooling to help optimize cloud usage and costs. As part of this team, the Systems Analyst Associate will support FinOps consulting efforts across GDIT programs.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Systems Analyst Associate, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the missions of our customers. You will play a crucial role in the following core responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: Provide FinOps support to cloud service consumers Participate in operating and improving key business and technical service delivery processes Support cloud procurement and billing activities, including assisting customers with inquiries Coordinate tasks and workflows with business partners involved in service offerings Produce routine reports detailing cloud expenditures Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer database records Create Purchase Requests (PRs) and track Purchase Order (PO) status Regularly report on billing and procurement activities
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Systems Analyst Associate must have:
Education:
Technical Training and/or Certification(s) with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google -or- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or other relevant field
Experience:
0+ years of experience required 2+ years working with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google, et al.) -or- 2+ years performing financial analysis or asset management preferred
Required Skills:
Proficient with common office applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint Working knowledge of IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment Able to lead discussions with distributed teams, including technical, finance, executive, business partners, and customer stakeholders Possesses strong analytical skills for solving simple to complex problems Self-motivated professional with strong time management skills Demonstrated success in providing customer support

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
